My mom was suffering from diabetes 2 and Lupus over 17yrs. She tried many drugs but at last become dependent on Siferol and metformin due to the weakness and constant pains, she found that life was just sinking & there was no way of hope. This cookbook-within the first 15 minutes of reviewing it- went into my Amazon cart for purchase. While not diabetic within our family, heart issues are, so I seek out similar recipes. These recipes were interesting and for the most part free of processed ingredients, which is incredibly important to me. Loaded with interesting subcategories such as "Cook Once, Eat Thrice" "For Two" and "Bowls of Goodness", recipes were unique, yet simple. I loved the carbs posted largely on each recipe.
